Cleanliness

One of factors contributing to good health is cleanliness. The first time we learn about cleanliness from our family. We should not only learn but also practice it. The easiest way is keeping clean our body. Taking a bath two times a day, brushing teeth after lunch and before sleeping, washing hair and cutting our nails are some of those ways. I think diseases will go away if we always take care of our body.
Don’t forget to clean the house too. All family members should help each other to create “a healthy house.” We can start the “duty” from the bath room, because I think it’s the dirtiest place in a house, then kitchen, dining room, bed room, and living room. We also should throw rubbish into the waste bin, wash the floor once in two days, sweep the floor every day, etc.
Food is another important factor that contributes to good health. Our mom always washes meat, fish, fruits and vegetables before cooks it. She also chooses foods that she buys. Sometimes our mom said, “Don’t buy not-hygiene food!” and “Wash your hand before eating!” These are because she wants to protect us.
Therefore, we may conclude that family plays is an important role in creating a clean environment. We can start it from some simple actions which will lead to the whole family members’ health.
